Just got my car back and D'Ella did a great job! My car was making a horrible noise and I was expecting a catastrophic and expensive repair. Turns out it was just a wheel bearing and I got my car back just a few hours later. The bill was significantly less than I expected. Wasn't happy that it cost me $135 for a diagnostic to be setup, on a part that had recently had a recall. Will DEFINATELY be looking for a new dealership going forward. May even leave GM completely. The people I dealt with where all fine though.

I waited while my car, which I purchased at Della, was lubed, tires rotated and my inspection done. I was there just under an hour and when I went to cash out, was pleasantly surprised to find that all was covered under your warranty except the inspection. All in all, a great experience. Your desk people were extremely nice and I had a chance to visit with the salesman that sold me my 2018 GMC-XLT

Very smooth transaction from start to finish. D’Ella had the vehicle that I wanted and they worked diligently to get me in my new Buick Envision. Bought a 2014 CTS4 from Della...three years on...and only 20K miles...brought it in for inspection, oil change and analysis of a warning code that kept popping up. Told me warranty to diagnose the code had expired (only two years bumper to bumper). $40K car...could not see their way clear to do a 10 minute test without charging. Goodbye Della.
