Mike Jankowski is the owner & license holder for Gulf Home Builders. He has been in the construction industry for well over twenty years--obtaining his state licensure thirteen years ago when he saw the need for caring and honest builders. Mike's extensive knowledge and fierce dedication to his craft are exemplified in his final work product--whether it be a remodel, addition, a beautiful new home or a commercial building.
Mike LOVES what he does and IT SHOWS! Janice is Mike's wife and the office manager for Gulf Home Builders. Having an accounting and investigative background, she handles the details of running the business from permitting & payroll, accounts payable & receivable, to sales/ marketing and everything in between.
Veronica is Mike & Janice's daughter and their PRIDE AND JOY. She can usually be seen with Mom or Dad at the local building department or in the office, and is always ready with a smile and a funny story! Doug is our four legged golden retriever, who provides much needed love, support and affection.
