Im the maintenance technician for VASA fitness in Arizona and we had a AC unit go down that is when I gave Ducks inc a call. The technician came out and checked my unit and found the the coil had a leak and that is when they tried everything to get it covered under warranty but we missed that by 7 months. They informed me because no one had this coil sitting on a shelf anywhere in the U.S. that it would be 3 weeks to have it made and shipped overseas. The unit came on time and they installed it right away (I think it was a day or two early) and $150.00 under estimate. That never happens!

We just had service today from Ducts, Inc. - very happy! Good price, very responsive, professional, on time, did what they said they would do. Cleaned up after themselves! When they came to give a quote, I had asked them to call or text upon arrival rather than ring the doorbell (dogs get Barky). They even remembered that when they came back to provide the service, called when he arrived - very impressed. Highly recommend ! Thank you.
