I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience since good customer service is so rare these days. I called Creech's about getting someone to come to my house and tell me what I need to help my yard drain, fertilize, etc. The person that I spoke to said she would get someone to call me back to schedule a time for a consultation. I have heard that many times and really wasn't expecting a call back. Not only did she call me back within a couple of hours, I appreciated her honesty.. While they couldn't help me right now, I have decided to wait until they can do the work. Thank you

I've used his company for years, no problems. Any questions I had, he would come out and answer them or fix what ever I was concerned with. Won't hesitate to recommend him and his company to people. Give him a try, you'll be glad you did.
