Carl was amazing, True artist. He bumped out my kitchen window so the backsplash tile would sit behind it and you cant even tell, perfection. The backsplash I chose in the kitchen was a grout-less stacked stone slate, truly beautifull but extremely difficult to install (think all those outlets!). Many installers we interviewed never got back to us or let on how difficult it would be, but Carl explained everything and had great ideas to make it more doable.
