Brophy Air does a terrific job handling the chiller equipment, cooling tower and common area air handler units in two office buildings that I manage. Their practical knowledge about all things related to chiller systems is exceptional, and they have always been able to resolve every problem to my satisfaction. They are never stumped. One thing I particularly like is that they are happy to explain, in layman's terms, what the problem is and the best way to resolve it. They provide prompt, efficient and respectful service. I had the pleasure of having my AC down at my place & gave the good people at Brophy's a call. They were there in no time & helped solve the problem I had which was replacing a bad relay switch. The tech, Richard, was very polite & took the time to explain the problem along with the solution. I did learn that Brophy Air primarily services businesses, larger warehouses or high-rise buildings that need server room AC maintenance. If you need any of those services, give them a call. They are an honest & hardworking group.
