I had a furnace/AC installed last year. I have found that it provided great savings on my utility bills-$50 a month! The workers were very respectful, intelligent and friendly. I have my house on the market right now on Edgemore and when I find a new place, I plan to have Weber install a furnace/AC again.
I have been very pleased! Had to call my natural gas supplier for service guard work. They determined I needed to have my A-coil on furnace cleaned. They gave me a recommended name and number suggestion, said if I called the big name places like Stewart or Weber, it would be around $800.00. Their recommendation would probably charge around $300.00 to $400.00.
I contemplated using the cheaper place, but previously this past summer I had Weber replace an air conditioner condenser motor, they were quick to show, and it was on a Sunday I believe, and did it for what I thought was a good fair price. Our trucks display the words; Honest, Dependable, Professional, Trustworthy, Prepared and Educated.

We find that when Furnaces, Air Conditioning Systems, Boilers, Refrigeration Systems or Ice Machines fail or break down, over 50% of the time it is because of an improper installation. Often times this is improperly engineered ductwork, improper refrigerant charge or settings, improper line sizing, improper vacuuming (of the refrigerant system), failure to nitrogen purge during welding and a whole host of other errors.

Stephen Weber officially joined the company in 1990. After having worked every department including janitor, dispatcher, service tech, installer, clerical and sales, Stephen is currently our General Manager. The board pictured in the background is how we used to keep all of our calls organized before we fully computerized.

We had some service done yesterday by one of your guys named Noe. He was very friendly, kind, polite, stayed later than expected to figure out a difficult problem with our AC. Just wanted to pass along our thanks and a good recommendation for his Customer Service. Every year several of the major news agencies run an undercover sting operation to test the honesty and Integrity of Heating and Air conditioning companies.

SERVICE is our middle name. Our objective from the very first day, back in April of 1980 was to give our customers "Breakneck" service.
