I had a furnace installed in the summer mainly for a new humidifier. They did not install it correctly. This is the second visit bc it is not working right. Spencer took the time to figure it out. It was installed incorrectly. He got it going but will come back to fix it properly. He did an excellent job and was conscientious!

Kris installed a new AC compressor and checked our chimneys so we could turn our heat on for the first time of the season. He was quick and very knowledgeable. We will be sure to ask him to come back anytime we have heating or cooling problems.

Irvin was my tech he was very professional. I explained my situation and he immediately looked over my ac unit and diagnosed the problem. After refilling my freon as it was low my Ac began working like new again. 5 stars to weber highly recommend.

Fixed part of the problem but still needed to do more like recharging the system he was working on my AC replaced a battery and that helped but still wasn't cooling properly he had tools/gauges with him but didn't check. It was low on coolant also
