Had a 5 star experience with ARP roofing. They are a great company and are very reliable, dependable and trustworthy. The salesman and owner were very friendly, knowledgeable and honest about what I needed to get done on my roof. They offered a very reasonable and realistic quote with a great warranty. Don’t waste your time! Randall is unprofessional. He took our money for the deductible and then has the nerve to hang up on us when we called to cancel their service after waiting close to a month for them. He tried to charge up the *** for ridiculous things. $29 an hour to “supervise” the job when he knows he won’t even physically be at the location the work is being done at.

We had some minor roof damage done from repeated tropical abuse. ARP had timely appointments available to check it out and then was able to get the repair done timely and correctly as well. We would suggest them to use and well as will use them as the need arises in the future.
