5 year warranty on each spring replacement part. 1 year warranty on parts with all repairs (excluding spring replacement, which has a 5 year warranty on parts.) 6 month warranty on labor. It normally takes 3-4 days for us to schedule, deliver, and install an in-stock garage door. If you choose a door that is not in stock, the time period is approximately 10 - 14 days.

We try to service our customers within 24-hours to help you quickly remedy any problem you are having. Torsion springs along the top of your garage door, as well as other springs along the side of the track (extension springs), can break causing your door to stop working properly. It is recommended that customers DO NOT attempt to repair garage door springs themselves due to their high tension.

There are different repair solutions depending on if your garage door is stuck open or closed. If your garage door won't close, it is more than likely that your sensor's photo eyes are either misaligned or could be broken. We repair and replace all brands of photo eye sensors. If yours need a new set, we will replace them with a new pair of compatible photo eye sensors.
