Tom gave new life to our carpets! He showed up on time, was very friendly and personable, he explained the process when I asked questions and got done quicker than I expected. The carpets dried in a few hours and they look good as new! I highly recommend.

Tom is very professional. My carpets are hopeless with dogs who have potty trained poorly years ago and also spills from kids. The previous owners put down thick cream carpeting that was asking for a disaster. Tom does his best and honestly I'm always impressed but unfortunately I was too little too late and it just saturated to many layers deep. I know there's disagreement about how often you can get your carpets clean but I truly believe once a year is fine. If not then places like Toms have less a chance of yelling you. Truly keep going back because Tom is nice to work with and I
