Thomas Roofing & Restoration was founded in 2005 by Eric Thomas, a lifelong roofer with more than 20 years of experience in roofing and remodeling. Eric started his career carrying shingles up a ladder for other roofers, so when we say we have the experience, we mean it. Thomas Roofing & Restoration is unlike most other roofing companies.
We offer the customer service and products available through larger companies, but also have the expertise of an individual who has been working on roofs most of his life. Thomas Roofing has put roofs on everything from mobile homes to 6,000 square foot homes. We have laid asphalt shingles, clay tile, metal roofs, asphalt flat roofs and even wood shakes.
Committed to providing the best job possible, Eric has surpassed most roofers by obtaining multiple qualifications from CertainTeed, including Quality Master and Master Shingle Applicator Wizard. He also holds a Residential Builder's license in the state of Arkansas.

While most apartments have the same shingles as a normal house and the process to install them is basically the same, the main difference is with a home we will be dealing with one homeowner whereas in an apartment we could be dealing with 100.

With the prices of roofs constantly going up, we understand you might want to extend the life of your old roof if possible and keep it cost effective. Sometimes a leaking roof does not mean you have to replace the whole roof. Many times a leak can be resolved with our minimum service charge of $225.

We're a locally owned and operated (and licensed) team! We deal with insurance estimates all the time and we understand they can be confusing we can help make sense of them.
