If you have the mental capacity of a teenage girl, then you'll love the parking lot carnivals, dressing up on halloween, daily gossip, and eating the same food week after week, year after year. The CEO spends thousands of dollars on bagels and junk food rather than improving the company's infrastructure. The people that work here despise and FEAR innovation and change. They hold on so tightly to ancient processes that keep the company stuck in the past. If you're thinking of working here or doing business with these people, run for the hills.
