High Pressure Steam Cleaning

Stainless Steel Repair

There are not enough positive things that I can say about Ground Floor. They are without question nothing short of genius and meticulous with their workmanship and their superb customer service. I thought that I Had to redo all of my tile.. The Ground Floor regrouted the entire kitchen and it looks brand new. THEY RE THE BEST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I would give them 100 Stars any day. I was referred to The Ground Floor years ago by a premier tile manufacturer when I was having an issue with their tile. They were able to remedy the issue and I began using their floor products for all my tile floor cleaning needs. Fast forward eight years later and I hired another service to clean and seal a different area of my home. After two days of this other provider performing his work I came home to an absolute disaster. Water marks all over my tile non-porous floors that I could not remove with mopping. I spoke with the other provider and his "fix" didn't make sense to me

Had a terrible experience with another provider who used the wrong product on my tile floors. They looked horrific & felt slippery. Then the "fix" the other provider suggested sounded even worse to me so I reached out to The Ground Floor. I use their products to clean my floor after they helped me with another area years and years ago. Don't know why I didn't think to call them first. So when I called them to come in and fix what had been done they not only told me exactly what the other provider did wrong(which he couldn't figure out) they also told me exactly what they fix was for it(which was

Very impressed with Ground Floor as you can see by my rating. Adam was quick to respond, professional, and expert in the area of stone restoration. He was able to skillfully refurbish my in-home flagstone fireplace as well as revive the color of stamped concrete in my backyard as well as other stone work I have. What I was most impressed with was his deep knowledge of his craft. He knew what his company and services could offer and did not oversell. The final results were outstanding as he delivered what he committed to. HIGHLY recommend this company and services.
