Update: I have heard back from the company and while I am still incredibly disappointed in the outcome and the lack of customer service, I am increasing from 1-to-2 stars as I did hear back from them. Original Review: I had such high hopes with Moving Right Along. However, my experience turned out to be less than desirable. The movers were very careless with my belongings. Dropping my bed frame down the steps, breaking the leg and then slicing through the upholstery with their unboxing knife. They also broke another special belonging. After raising this to the team, they responded right away
