Commercial Cleaning
Our commercial cleaning services maintain hygienic, professional environments for offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. Using advanced equipment and eco-friendly products, we handle dusting, disinfecting, trash removal, and specialized tasks like mold remediation. Certified technicians ensure compliance with health standards while accommodating after-hours schedules to minimize business disruption. Clients benefit from consistent service quality and proactive communication throughout the cleaning process.
Mold Remediation
Blu Cleaning's IICRC-certified team provides comprehensive mold remediation services for residential and commercial properties. We follow a standardized process including containment, HEPA air scrubbing, selective demolition, and antimicrobial cleaning to eliminate mold at its source. Specialized equipment ensures safe removal of contaminated materials while preventing cross-contamination. Services include air quality testing and post-remediation verification, addressing both visible mold growth and hidden spore sources in challenging environments.
Carpet Cleaning
Our carpet and upholstery cleaning services utilize truck-mounted extraction systems and IICRC-certified methods to remove deep-seated dirt, stains, and allergens. Technicians apply pre-treatment solutions tailored to fabric types, followed by hot water extraction and protective fiber treatments. The process includes black light inspections for hidden stains and deodorization treatments. Clients receive a 100% satisfaction guarantee with non-toxic cleaning solutions safe for homes with children and pets.
Floor Care
Blu Cleaning's floor care services restore and maintain various flooring surfaces including tile, grout, hardwood, and vinyl. We offer stripping and waxing, tile and grout cleaning, and high-speed burnishing to improve appearance and extend floor lifespan. Motor scrubbing equipment handles heavy buildup while preserving surface integrity. Quarterly and monthly maintenance packages prevent long-term damage from foot traffic and environmental factors, maintaining professional aesthetics for commercial spaces.
Odor Control
Our odor control solutions address persistent smells from smoke, pets, body decay, and food sources using three-tiered treatment methods. Tri-jet fogging, thermal fogging, and ozone treatments neutralize odor molecules at their source rather than masking them. IICRC-certified technicians handle trauma scene decontamination and industrial odor issues, combining air scrubbing with targeted chemical applications. Services include air quality assessments to identify and eliminate odor sources completely.

We hired them for gutter cleaning for our three story property and it was great. They were very professional and thorough. We will hire them again and are officially switching from a larger more well-known cleaning company. They also wore masks, which was important for us. We will also consider hiring them for different services.

Blu Cleaning is very professional and a great resource. I reached out to Saul a year ago to learn about their company and products due to the pandemic. I had to call Saul last week to schedule a cleaning for my child care center. Not only did Saul remember talking to me a year ago, he was able to meet all our needs quickly. Our Center was well taken care of by Saul and his team. Thank you, much appreciated.

Blu Commercial Cleaning was prompt, efficient and did an amazing job for a post construction clean up project of mine. They truly went above and beyond as I commented on a few spots they could have improved on and they came back to the site a day later to make sure I was completely satisfied. They are hands down one of the best decisions I made to clean my space. Will definitely use them again!

Saul and his team were amazing! We had an incredibly tight timeline, found out on a Thursday afternoon that prior to our move out the following Tuesday that we were responsible for arranging the cleaning of our apartment. To add additional complications we were moving across the country and leaving Tuesday night! Saul was all over it, responded to me rapidly throughout the weekend to get the cleaning setup, and arranged for everything to be done contactless. On top of that, they did a spotless job cleaning. The apartment was honestly cleaner than when we moved in. Would highly recommend their services

In this day, it's hard to find people to trust. We have been using this service for many years, with different businesses, and they have our full trust. They have always shown the best judgement with our space, always have been professional and always have been reliable. The quality of work they produce along with always showing attention to detail, and assisting to predict our needs, are a handful of reasons why we continue to work with Blu. Highly recommend to anyone with commercial cleaning needs! Thank you, Blu!
