Brian and David were our two professionals who responded today, and they were excellent. They didn't mind our many questions and answered them respectfully and with a sense of kindness that was refreshing in the A.C. repair business. Mr. Cash is great to do business with; straight forward and fair prices. He stands behind his work and tries to do the best by you, giving you honest appraisals of what the issues and some options rather than jumping straight to replacement. I did end up having to do a full replacement of my 25 year old system and I'm beyond happy with the new units that have 10 year warranties on parts, a 1 year warranty on labor and all for a lower amount than I expected to pay! Mr. Cash is super friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and most importantly fair. I called him around 6:00 pm and he was at my house by 7:00 to diagnose and repair my air unit. The price was 100% fair and he is just an all around good person who made the experience of repairing an air unit as positive as possible and took care of my unit. I would recommend him very highly and will call him anytime I have an issue in the future.
