TaitCo was called for an estimate to replace every section of my roof, in its entirety. Spencer Tait said that it did not need to be replaced, but... knowing the history of my roof... I insisted that it did. We went back and forth numerous times with me actually asking for them to do more work. Eventually they said that my shingles were new, but that they were installed wrong and could be reinstalled properly. What he said was very true at the time. It took a bit of convincing, but they did eventually convince me that they could make all of the repairs. Fast forward past the contract, their intentional

Tait installed a very expensive roof, there have been problems with it. Had to get other roof ing companies to address the issue. Tait will not even bother to return calls. Owner must still be complaining about President Obama.

They do good work at a reasonable cost ... IF and WHEN they ever show up! I've received 3 estimates, but they only completed 1 job. On a simple roof repair with a $150 estimate, I was told they could "squeeze me" in within 4-6 weeks. More than 12 weeks later, and after several follow-up calls, they still couldn't commit to coming out, so I gave up and moved on. The have a very odd way of doing business that does not work for me.
