We had them work on an addition to our house. Adding a new floor.
Doug Lewis is extremely unprofessional! Many mistakes were made and there was no sense of urgency to fix them or empathy towards us especially when one of the mistakes was on the roof which ended up flooding the house and making us move out for months. In addition, Doug Lewis does not pay his subcontractors on time, if at all. To a point that one of them took a lean out on our house and threatened to sue if they didnt get paid. We had to pay them out of our pocket even though we had already paid Doug Lewis for these services

Thank you, Doug, I am absolutely thrilled with my new home custom built by the wonderful team at DLVA. From start to finish, Doug, Heni, and Romi were intentional, intuitive, thoughtful, patient, and very helpful. They knew what I didnt know and knew how to put into words what I wanted my home to look and feel like.
Doug sat down with me and got to know me. He was interested in what my future would look like in the home that was still a dream in my heart. How did I want to feel there, what would I do there, how did I want my guests to feel there? He could pull the vision I had of what my home

Terrible experience refinishing my floors. The work was very poorly done and the customer experience was terrible. I have been trying to get Doug to examine his team's work for more than a year with no action. He freely admits there was something wrong with the work and that this has happened to another customer of his but will not work with me to resolve or respond to my communications. The price tag for the work was ~$5k and I am left with embarrassing hardwood floors (puddles of poly, poly and scratches coming up all over). We were surprised because of the good reviews but I would highly recommend

He did poor work and never finished the job after overcharging and doing the work incorrectly, trying to charge double if not triple what a small bathroom should cost

They did a total remodel of my kitchen. Removed a wall and worked with me on getting the cabinets I wanted, at a price that I could afford. They are extremely helpful and finished the job in the way that I wanted it done. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again for future projects. They were very honest J.T.
