We have used them a couple times and we're very happy. The last time we true dot use them a tree had fallen in our backyard but was hung up on another tree. We called to get them out and the soonest that was available was a few days later. They looked at pics and assured us it shouldn't fall and to stay away from it. It was hovering over our fence and we were worried about losing the fence. David came out a few days later and talked to my husband. He said he could take care of it really quick so that our fence wouldn't be damaged. He had to go get a saw or something from another

I had 4 trees removed. They were great to deal with from the estimate until the end of the job. They were the lowest of 3 estimates. The customer service and efficiency of this company is appreciated. Definitely recommend.
