We are very excited to have a second home in Port Orange, Florida. We decided to purchase a two bedroom villa because it is turnkey and the HOA allows us to be away for long periods without having to worry about outside maintenance. We could have spent the same price for a nice single home in the area however we didn't want the stress of having all the responsibilities that goes along with maintaining a single home.
