Carpet Cleaning
Big Red's Guaranteed Clean offers five specialized carpet cleaning methods including steam extraction and dry foam cleaning. Certified technicians customize approaches for each carpet type, using eco-friendly solutions to remove stains and allergens while preserving fiber integrity through advanced truck-mounted equipment and industry-leading techniques.
Water Damage Restoration
Providing 24/7 emergency response, our IICRC-certified team handles water extraction, mold remediation, and structural drying. Advanced moisture detection tools identify hidden damage, while industrial equipment restores properties to pre-loss condition, working directly with insurance providers for seamless commercial and residential recovery.
Area Rug Cleaning
As certified Master Rug Cleaners, we specialize in Oriental and area rug restoration with free pickup/delivery. Gentle yet effective processes remove deep-seated dirt from delicate fibers while preserving dyes and patterns, using pH-balanced solutions and specialized drying techniques to maintain rug value and longevity.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Our deep-cleaning methods combine high-pressure steam and pH-specific solutions to restore ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone surfaces. Grout lines receive targeted treatment to eliminate mold and discoloration, with optional sealing services enhancing stain resistance and prolonging cleanliness in high-traffic areas.
Pet Odor Removal
Using enzyme-based treatments and moisture sensors, we neutralize pet odors at their source by breaking down urine crystals. Our non-toxic solutions safely penetrate padding and subfloors to eliminate persistent smells, implementing preventative strategies that inhibit future marking behavior in treated areas.

Why choose certified Master Rug Cleaners for area rugs?
Certified professionals use specialized techniques to safely clean delicate fibers and dyes, preserving rug value while removing deep stains through pH-balanced solutions and proper drying methods.
What makes pet odor removal different from regular cleaning?
Advanced enzyme treatments break down urine crystals at the molecular level, eliminating odor sources rather than masking smells while protecting carpet fibers from damage.
How does water damage restoration prevent mold growth?
Immediate extraction combined with industrial drying equipment removes moisture from all affected materials, while antimicrobial treatments inhibit microbial growth during the restoration process.
Can tile and grout cleaning improve indoor air quality?
Removing embedded dirt and mold spores from porous grout surfaces significantly reduces airborne allergens, enhancing overall indoor air quality through thorough mechanical scrubbing and sanitization.
What distinguishes Omaha Choice Award-winning carpet cleaning?

I used Big Reds to clean carpet that had some pet odors. After the first treatment, there were still some lingering odors but the techs came back and did another treatment with no questions asked. They also offered to patch the carpet at no cost if the stain wouldn't come up. All the techs who came out were on time and friendly. The owner Rex was so kind and you could tell he really cared about the customers and making sure they were satisfied. I would absolutely call them again in the future and have zero complaints!

We have used many carpet cleaners and Big Red is by far the best EVER! Extremely professional and they do exceptional work. We had a pipe break in our basement that created water damage that we thought stained our carpet but Big Red came out 3 times until the stain was gone. I would highly recommend them if you need your carpets cleaned.
