Tom and Carmelo have given me the best service and experience I could ask for! Toms customer service is above par! Carmelo was very informative and on time. They turned the horrible experience of no hot water for 3 days into a an example of what customer service should be!

Excellent response time for water heater install when needed in a pinch and willing to work with our situation. I was able to source out my own water heater which was bigger than what they have on hand and they arrived promptly the same day to install the unit with no issues. Very professional and provided high quality services. Have used them before and will use them again.

Best service! Needed dishwasher installed bc big box store wouldn't install for 2 weeks. Called Tom had Joey come that day. Joey is very professional and did a neat, clean job. Can't say enough good things about mainline, start to finish A+.
