Liz was so nice and prompt when answering my questions over the phone, and Kent showed up at 6:00 PM on a Friday night to give me a quote on giving my 60 year old existing hardwood floors some love. I opted not to have my floors sanded, but cleaned/polished and then 2 coats of poly went down.
