Arctic Air Conditioning performed annual maintenance service on our HVAC units. The technician Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me a shut-off break that failed, and had all the parts to replace it quickly. The HVAC units are now back to spec ready after an extreme summer of service. Highly recommend Arctic Air Conditioning.

My ac blower fan broke because the base somehow blew a fastener and I called Arctic Air to get it fixed. They came on a Sunday and identified the issue. They ordered the parts--a new fan and new fan base--on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday. I finally had cold air in my house on Thursday. Thank Goodness the heat is on its way out. Danielle, Arctic Air's Voice walked me thru the process via telephone calls. Thank you Danielle for keeping us in the process. It was great to be included and know what you guys were doing while we patiently waited. I give you a 4 star because the staff and technicians

Very quick for original repair. AC failed later that day. Called for warranty. Was told they would respond same day. Cancelled later in the day. Promised to be prioritized for the next morning. Got a call from company asking why I cancelled the day before which I didnt. Then the tech kept calling me with reasons not to repair the system instead of showing up to try to assess the situation. Very disappointed. Showed up late the next morning and the repair was quick and minor. Whole lot of BS instead of just showing up and checking everything.
