Prompt, courteous, friendly people. Good service! Top notch, honest company! They took the time to learn and service a boiler system they did not sell and did a great job. The original company that sold the unit did not get the system repaired. Contacted RG and they got the system working until they could get parts, then repaired the unit. It has never worked as well as it does now. Great communication from their technician. Would definitely recommend!
