Services
Interior Painting
Our interior painting service includes detailed surface preparation, drywall repairs, and application of premium Sherwin Williams coatings. We protect furnishings with precision masking, handle trim and ceiling work, and provide color consultation to ensure perfect finish selection. Each project includes thorough cleanup and final inspection to guarantee satisfaction.
Exterior Painting
We restore exterior surfaces through pressure washing, scraping, and primer application before using weather-resistant coatings. Our process includes carpentry repairs for siding and trim, mildew treatment, and gutter cleaning. EPA-certified lead paint handling ensures safe, compliant work on older properties while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
Commercial Painting
Tailored painting solutions for offices, warehouses, and multi-family units minimize business disruption through night/weekend work options. Our crews handle masonry, metal, and vinyl surfaces using commercial-grade materials. We coordinate phased projects to maintain operational continuity while delivering durable, professional results.
Carpentry Repairs
Our skilled technicians perform siding replacement, window trim restoration, and deck repairs as part of painting projects. We match existing materials precisely and use waterproofing treatments to extend structural longevity. This preparation ensures paint adhesion and protects against Chicago's weather extremes.
Deck Staining
We rejuvenate outdoor spaces through power washing, sanding, and application of premium stains. Our process includes repairing damaged boards, sealing joints, and applying UV-protective finishes. The result enhances wood grain while providing defense against moisture and temperature fluctuations in Chicagoland climates.

After initially deciding to go with "the other guys" we realized the error of our ways and called Scott to see if College Craft could help us get our interior painting project back on track. Scott, Terry, Raul and the crew were total professionals and fantastic to work with. Scott came out the day after I called to assess the situation in person- and a few days later Terry and Raul showed up right on schedule to get started. The crew was efficient, clean, respected our Covid requests, and did a great job. We've already hired them back for other rooms and recommended them to several

I was extremely pleased with College Craft. During Every step of the planning process I was well informed - providing a quote, paint selection, arranging a date - and appreciated the fact that they got back to me and I didn't have to chase them down. The painters showed up on time, did the job in a timely manner and despite some challenging trim work, did a great job. I was impressed with the way they paid attention to the house's detail. I recommend you consider College Craft when you need a painter.

College Craft always does an excellent job! We have had them paint the entire interior and exterior of our home. We have worked with Terry Anderson, who is communicative, friendly, and professional. The painters are hard working, skillful, and efficient. You can trust them in and around their home, and know that they will do an amazing job. They have always given us a great price too. You will be admiring their work for years to come!
