John the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He left his card and contact # should any issues arise with replacement parts and heating issues. From booking the appointment with Angela, communicating who and when diagnostics and repairs would be done was completely seamless. Would recommend Mundy without hesitation.

This business is a joke! I called Mundy's on Sept 24th and spoke to John who said he would come on Tuesday the 28th and give a quote. He never showed or responded when I called his personal number he gave me. When I called Mundy's to ask why he never came they said John didn't do quotes only work and that Brian was the only one that did quotes so I don't know why John said he was doing it. Mundy's scheduled brain to come on Monday he came and said he would email me a quote in two days. One week later I never received a quote and called and was told he would have it by the weekend. One week later

Don was great. Answered all my questions and even helped troubleshoot a water leak issue Im having. Very knowledgeable and professional. This was an annual inspection. Pls keep sending Don. Hes great.
