Our journey began with a commitment to quality workmanship and meeting client scheduling needs, exemplified by our first project at West Carrollton High School. Over 16 years, we've grown from six employees to a team more than triple that size, maintaining our 'small company feeling' that benefits both employees and customers. Our expertise was recognized in 2017 with an Associated Builders and Contractors Award of Merit for the Centerville High School Design-Build project, which involved complex installations of centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, and BACnet controls.
