Had an estimate for a plentum for add on furnace. 800 dollars. Borrowed my manual to give me a quote. Took a week for a quote and after 4 weeks I had to go to his house to pick my manual up. A guy I work with, had called him for a quote on a furnace installed and needed complete duct work. This house only had a crawl space. Made it to the house NEVER MEASURED ANYTHING said I will have an estimate for you on Monday. He looked at the job on the Thursday before. It's been over 4 weeks now and this guy never got a quote yet. He had left cell phone number and email address, NOTHING YET. NOT RECOMMENDED

We had a heating emergency on a holiday which was also a Sunday! Left a message, was called within minutes and he was at our house in less than an hour! He was able to get the part needed and was more than fair with labor charged. Very thorough and professional, will highly recommend to others!
