Scam Alert! I had their office call me with some ridiculous pricing for a replacement part and then was told it would be more cost effective replace the whole furnace. I priced out the part for a new valve as well as a new furnace, AC & R is grossly inflating the cost. PG & E came out and inspected the furnace and found nothing wrong with the furnace, the only issue was that the furnace needed it's reset button pushed. So basically this was a $125.00 lesson to avoid this company and call

First of all I didn't use AC&R Services only because they don't service my area. However when I called them I had the pleasure of talking to Taylor. I was concerned the estimates I had received were to high and after spending 15 minutes on the phone with her, I learned I was wrong.
Taylor was so knowledgeable and helpful even though she knew I wasn't in her service area, she still took the time to explain things to me and answered all my questions. And I wanted to tell the world if this is the type of help I could get from a phone call then I can only imagine how wonderful the rest of this company
