There is never a question on pricing or services they send a proposal for all work to be done. I appreciate their communication and efficiency. Shannon Landscaping rescued our yard from certain death! Having moved into our new home in April, we knew that we needed a new lawn but didnt know where to turn. Everyone we called just cut lawns, they didnt install new ones. Then we remembered Shannon Landscaping from when we lived in Stratford. A few days later, Karen came out to evaluate our situation and recommended a full reinstall and grading to eliminate low spots that was causing water to pool, that was killing our grass. After they killed off the weeds that took over the yard, they set off to bring back our yard. The team did a spectacular job and the only heavy lifting that I had to do was watering the newly sown grass seed per their recommendation. I am proud to say that we have our yard back again and I highly recommend Shannon Landscaping!

The photo on the right, lush green turf, is my lawn in August 2022. On the left is my lawn September 2023. I have used Shannon for fertilizer, weed and pest control for the 2023 season. Need I say more?

Addendum: Oct. 2023 - Under their warranty program, and at no expense to me, Shannon sent a consultant and performed the required lawn repair. My lawn is now much improved. I felt it was necessary to add this addendum to thank Shannon for their response and their prompt remediation. Two additional photos show the dramatic improvement.

When I came home from the Fall clean-up that was done at our house today by Shannons, I was blown away! The transformation was simply amazing! The entire yard - from grass to planting areas to nooks and crannies - were so bright, healthy, and crisp and clean that I couldnt believe it was the same yard that I had left only hours before!

Ive been a customer for over 10 years, and Robin has managed my account the entire time. She is professional, patient, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. After having two very unsatisfactory landscape planting experiences over the past several years I was at the end of my rope; but, I decided to give this project one more try. For years I have seen Shannon trucks on the local roads; and, because they are located right here in Stratford I gave them a call. I spoke with Monica in the Garden Center who explained that she does the landscape design. WOW...a professional landscape architect! I met with her several days later and she immediately impressed me with her understanding of what I was trying to accomplish and her background in landscape design.
Within a few days I received a comprehensive sketch incorporating some of my existing plants with new plants from their garden center. The design provided interest, balance and symmetry to an otherwise very blah foundation with zero curb appeal. From design, to ease of payment, to actual planting, every step of the process was professionally executed. I also added a pruning and edging service to another garden; and, Julio and his crew did an outstanding job on that area as well! I would highly recommend Shannon Lawn & Landscaping for any garden design!! I look forward to future projects with them!

Shannon Landscaping does an amazing job! Theyve done my lawn care for 3 years now and my lawn has never looked better! Recently, I was injured and couldnt do my fall leaf work. Shannon did such an amazing clean up that I may just use them every year and save my weekends! (The owners are wonderful people too!!)

John installed a beautiful new walkway. The project finished with removing a tangled dying mess of trees on my property along the road.
