Donald Cleaver, Keystone's founder and CEO, created a company in 2003 with it's sole focus on the electronic environment. Mr. Cleaver started in the industry in 1974 as an HVAC apprentice. His early years field tenure and later attaining a mechanical engineering degree, encompasses 47 years of electronic environment experience and knowledge.
