When we bought the house, all of our key copies were "sticky". The hardware & box stores said I'd need to buy new locks because they "can't make a key to fit the lock, " but Atlasta said "of course, " so I took out the core, brought it in & 10 min later I had perfectly operable keys.

Exceptional customer service! These guys took the time to educate me and walk me through replacing a lock they had fixed for me. Very personable. Truly a top notch experience. We used Atlasta to rekey the locks to our recent condo purchase. Called to set an appointment, they took my name number and said someone would call me back soon.
