Nebrasky Plumbing & Heating

I hired Nebrasky to fix a plumbing issue we are having. They came to my home, charged us $1000 to replace a $30 pvc piece and told me everything was good to go. Once they left we ran the shower and the water flooded in the basement backing up out of the drain again, same issue that was happening prior to the "fix".

When we called the service provider told us that he fixed what he could that weren't capable or equipped of doing anything more. We have a two year old in the home, we can't use our water without flooding basement. If you couldn't complete the job properly, shouldn't have take the job on. So now we are out 1k and had to call another company to come hopefully fix the issue.

So unprofessional and a rip off. I am very disappointed, wouldn't recommend. We contracted Nebrasky for a boiler replacement. We collected 4 estimates and each company came to our home to give us an estimate. Only Nebrasky sent a technician that was able to service our old boiler to get it to make hot water again while we were collecting and comparing the bids.
