1985 - Albert C. Smitherman graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. 1998 - With 12 years of experience in commercial and industrial concrete construction, Albert Smitherman launched Jostin Concrete Construction, Inc., his own concrete construction company.

Jostin Construction is under the leadership of Albert C. Smitherman, a veteran in the construction industry. Albert has built a team of outstanding associates committed to the success of the projects they are contracted to perform. Albert began his career in construction after graduating from Bowling Green State University in 1985 with a B.S. in Construction Management.

Jostin provides "total package" construction to general contractors, construction managers, developers and owners. This includes management and field labor of projects that involve the building of concrete foundations, pump, place and finishing of concrete slabs, and site work.
