Our condo association hired Howell to do a major renovation of our beach side condo building. It was a six month project in which we waterproofed the entire exterior, installed new windows and sliders in every unit, and stripped, resealed, and re-leveled all the balconies. They did excellent work. Most notably, they remained committed to resolving any issues (there are always issues in a project of our size and complexity) until things were right. I was impressed with their commitment to ensuring we were satisfied. I recommend them.

The Howell Construction Group has earned our Five-Star-Rating because of a job well done. Frank Howell and his team are outstandingly good people and a pleasure to work with. The scope of our project included the complete remodel of our master bath plus a modification for the installation of a pocket-door. The workmanship was excellent and the job was completed on time as promised. The final result exceeded our expectations. Very good company!!!

Howell Construction completed a year long million dollar project for our condominium association. It was completed on budget & on time. Not only that but on 2 unrelated to construction occasions, Howell & their supervisor Bill saved our association from 2 very costly incidents. For that alone we can not thank them enough.
