Don responded to a call for an ejector pump issue. He came out a few days later as scheduled, texted me to let me know his arrival time, and replaced our pump quickly and got everything working again. We've had him out to unclog a kitchen sink line, and recently he installed a backup sump pump for us. At each visit he lets me know when he's coming and shows up on time. His prices are fair, his communication is great, and he is a really nice guy. I'm not looking forward to our next plumbing issue, but when it happens, I've got Don on speed dial.

Very friendly and reasonably priced. We had to get our gas line moved for our new stove and Don was able to come out sooner that expected. Professional and quality work. Will definitely call him again for any future projects we may have.
