In 2004 I built a small home with the floor plan mirroring a model that was in fancy gap. The floor plan of the model had a loft overlooking the living room, however after a lengthy discussion I chose to finish out the loft at a later date, minimizing immediate cost. The trusses arrived and the crew contacted me and said these are the wrong trusses. I asked about the difference and I was told only a few inches in height. Considering that the living room room has a high ceiling and the loft was rather tall, this was not a concern. Fast forward to the future. I went to finish the loft and was

Tracie Hiatt Grubbs is an awesome realtor...she is there through the entire process of buying/selling whichever side you are on. She thinks of the little things which is so helpful during that stressful time. She is also very particular making sure the I's are dotted and the T's crossed on all legal documents and paperwork for the sale and with the bank.
