We got a quote from Mike Dickinson, and the quote came in similar to Home Depot (mid range) cabinets. If you have a chance to visit Dickinson's workshop, you will know what "custom" cabinet actually means! The finished product was immaculate! Dickinson Cabinetry redid our kitchen and its great! The work was done in a timely fashion and the results exceeded our expectations.
The area was clean at the end of each day so continuing too live in our home was not an issue. I made an appointment and went to Dickinson Cabinetry's showroom. Mike, the owner gave me a tour of his "lair". The cabinets were exquisite. He could interpret and understand my vision which made the decision to have him build my kitchen cabinets an easy one.
I went to Dickinson Cabinetry the other day and Holy Cow! The cabinets are so beautiful and solid. I was really impressed with with quality of the cabinets - there will be no doors hanging off these! I had a great experience with mike and his crew. We did a major reonvation last year and these guys did our kitchen cabs plus several other built in pieces.
