Everything went well as well as wed hoped with replacing our kitchen counters. Our salesperson, Bob, was easy to work with and responsive to our concerns and requested changes. He followed up with us often throughout the process and spent considerable time helping us plan the flow of the stone in our complicated kitchen layout. Frank did a thorough job of templating which resulted in a quality outcome. The installers were efficient and professional. I recommend this business for quality workmanship and value.

I would never recommend this place! Look at what they installed (see photos)! First time they came to install they brought the wrong color granite, brown instead of gray and white (which is what we ordered). We had men yelling in our home when we explained this was the wrong color granitevery scary experience. Our realtor offered to buy the miscolored granite, the company didnt lose money on this job. When they came to install the correct color granite they left us with this huge blemished piece, prominently placed in the most conspicuous place possible. This is malicious and unacceptable

JL stone did a great job installing countertops for a few of my customers. They were on time and kept the work space clean. The installers did a great job communicating with my customers and making sure they were completely satisfied before leaving. They didnt rush and the job was above and beyond my expectation.

I am satisfied with my countertops for the most part. The only thing I can say negative about them is that they tend to stain when I was told they wouldnt. Frank was very tentative and the job was done on time.
HOWEVER, I do NOT recommend the renovation portion of their company. The guy they used didnt speak a lot of English so there was miscommunication about what we wanted so it prolonged the process. Our cabinets were crooked and could not sit flush against the wall. My husband ended up having to fix it. The guy secured my lower cabinets to 2x4s instead of installing Sheetrock first
