I needed to move my storage unit to my new condo and NOVA Express Movers made the process simple and easy. They were able to get me next day service and were very communicative. Both the office staff and movers were in contact with me via text/calls for coordination. Marcus and Will were truly amazing. These guys were real pros and made the process seamless. They took great care of stuff I just assumed they would toss in the the truck. Wrapping up anything that could be scratched or damaged. They were also very attentive to the nostalgic items I had, which to most people would be worthless. If

This is the third time I have used NOVA Express Movers for my moving needs and once again, they knocked it out of the park. The crew, Robert, Robert B, John, and Jesus were amazing. They helped move my mom out of her house, which was not an easy task as they had to navigate getting large furniture out of her small house. They had great energy and made the move a whole lot less stressful for everyone. Even after almost 8 hours, they were still positive and had great attitudes. I am extremely grateful for their help and will continue to use NOVA Express for my moving needs. On another note, they

I had a great experience moving with Rashaad and Jesus. They were efficient, courteous, and helpful. They wrapped my furniture and two large mirrors to ensure nothing was broken. I would highly recommend NOVA for future moves.

Update: after 3 months the owner reached out to me directly to understand the problem and provide a resolution. The owner had cited system issues which had prevented them from seeing my claim/issue. Furthermore, he had assurances that his moving team is aware of this problem so that future customers may not have to go through what I did.

I am still laughing. I paid these morons 2500 bucks to move my little three bedroom townhome, to a 7000 sq foot home, and they did not do it all. I had to get a moving truck today to finish. These morons also do not take my calls anymore. I am going to get them added to the Maryland and VA military black lists, file MD dept of labor complaints, and rip these morons in every way possible to not do this to other people. Check out the photo from what I had to do to finish. I am going after these morons!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Rob, John, and Raphael. They were hard working, kind and funny, and very careful. You can tell these guys are professionals at this! They called on loading day to give their estimated arrival time and were right on time. Then on delivery day they called to say they were on their way to our new destination, and again when they were 30 minutes out. I chose them for my move from Fairfax, VA to Chesapeake, VA based on the rate being per hour (instead of some companies that use a flat long distance rate) since I thought we could beat the time estimated by having all
