Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our truck-mounted hot water extraction method removes deep-seated dirt and allergens while preserving carpet fibers. Certified technicians customize solutions for pet stains, high-traffic areas, and delicate materials. Safe for homes with children and pets, this process extends carpet lifespan by eliminating residue that attracts re-soiling.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
High-pressure scrubbing followed by hot water extraction revitalizes tile floors without damaging grout. Effective for both residential bathrooms and commercial spaces up to 10,000 sqft. Optional grout sealing protects against future staining while maintaining slip resistance in high-traffic areas.
Pet Stain Removal
Proprietary enzyme/oxidizer formula penetrates padding to eliminate odor-causing bacteria. Includes pre-treatment, deep extraction, and deodorizing for permanent results. Technicians address discoloration with color-safe agents and offer repair options for severe damage at no extra charge if treatment fails.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Tailored solutions for medical offices, daycare centers, and retail spaces using low-moisture methods to minimize downtime. Specialized treatments address industry-specific stains like wax in churches or grease in car dealerships. Scheduled cleaning plans maintain professional environments while complying with safety regulations.
Upholstery Cleaning
Gentle yet effective cleaning for sofas, chairs, and office furniture using pH-balanced solutions. Restores appearance without oversaturation, with drying times as fast as 2 hours. Protectant application included to resist future spills while preserving fabric texture and color integrity.

Mike handled the job efficiently and effectively. We had several rooms of carpeting done along with our sectional. The carpet was quite dirty and they all came out looking fresh and clean. If there were stubborn stains, he let us know and worked them as best he could. We were totally happy with the results and will be using his services again in the future! A+

Mike was such an awesome person. He was very detailed as far as explaining the process of the steam cleaning treatment. He was helpful with some moving things around to get the best results for the carpets when it came to cleaning them. He was patient with working around the movers who were arriving at the house at the same time he began cleaning the floors. I will definitely use Mikes services for steamed Carpet Cleaning in the future and refer him to anyone who needs an exceptional recommendation for carpet cleaning. Thank you Mike.

I used Steam Deluxe for carpet cleaning during a move out. I'm honestly AMAZED at how great they look and beyond happy with the results. Mike gave a very fair q uote on the phone and was so honest that some rooms just needed the basic service so my final price ended up being lower than expected. He was on time, efficient and we will definitely use his services again!
