I contacted Grotto Plumbing to convert a renovated home from oil to gas. This was a long and complex effort involving multiple parties (ConEd, our town, subcontractors) and requiring tremendous expertise in this area. Grottos performance was superb on every front. The installation of the gas infrastructure was perfect and easily passed all inspections, their coordination with ConEd was even better (they really know this well) and the project management was fantastic. On the project management front, my Grotto rep (Steve) called me every week, even on weeks when there was no news and he kept
