My service tech was Devin. I had a faulty relay in my furnace which had been an issue for a while. Upon calling Weinkauf a tech was dispatched right away. Devin identified the problem quickly and the furnace was up and running within 15 minutes. Thank you Weinkauf and Devin for prompt service. I am very satisfied.

They found the parts I needed for my furnace. With the shipping nightmare that is around us, they set it up for me to be able to pick the part up from there supplier down in Flint, so I drove down, got the part, and came right home then installed the part without any issues and had heat for my business, Orchard Manor AFC in Posen, and my residents were happy, warm, and had no idea that we were without heat during the day, so thank you very much for all the work, set up, and adjusting they did. Couldn't ask for a better company and the fact that they understand and help with the issues in today

This company has been very helpful over the years. They are willing to come out when youre having an emergency. The follow-up has also been great. Very professional office staff that was willing to schedule me when I was available. Tyler came out to our property and was able to catch a major problem with the water tank. His diagnostic ability and quickfix saved us a huge headache for the future!

Called to see if I could get someone to look at my basement sump pump. We dont do well work. Wheres the pump located? I said its in my basement I have all the water out I just need a replacement. Her response was to hang up on me. I suggest using Lakeshore Plumbing & Heating instead. They were professional and quick! They will be handling my full basement renovation in the coming months after today.
