We have multiple divisions in operation for this scope of work, including Concrete, Rough Carpentry and Steel. The project itself is a new warehouse and office space for California Backyard, totaling almost 50,000 square feet. The buildings design is concrete tilt-up panel walls with a roof structure made up of glue laminated beams.
Our Metal Stud and Drywall Division has been through an amazing transformation since its inception in 2004 where we started out performing work on small TI projects throughout the Sacramento Valley. Now we are not only working on Hi-Rise projects all over Northern California, but we are continuously breaking molds in the industry!
Whether we are using our Waterjet Machine to precut densglass for projects to reduce labor and increase safety, or by being one of the first contractors in the state to design, develop, manufacture, and install Structural Light Gauge Metal Panels, we pride ourselves on being on the cutting edge of innovation and technology in our industry.

Vance Lancaster and Jordan Burns opted for a career in construction as carpenters. Out of high school they went to work for a neighborhood acquaintance and quickly excelled at learning the trade. They then spent a brief but impressionable stint in the roofing trade doing large public works and private projects for a local contractor.
