Repairs/Maintenance
From minor leaks to major damage, our emergency repair services restore roof integrity swiftly. We offer preventative maintenance plans including debris removal, flashing repairs, and drain unclogging, extending roof lifespan while minimizing downtime for businesses and homeowners.
Gutter Installation
Proper gutter systems protect properties from water damage. We install durable aluminum, vinyl, and seamless gutters, ensuring efficient drainage for residential and commercial buildings. Our solutions prevent foundation erosion and maintain structural integrity during heavy rainfall.

You will not find a more honest and dependable company to work on anything to do with roofing. He has a crew but is always onsite to ensure everything goes smooth. He will follow up to make sure the work he did is complete and will fix anything that he finds. He will also include you on things he may see even if its not in his scope to repair, so that you can get it fixed. I called him and he was out the next day for an estimate and started repairs within a day of me signing the agreement. Awesome company - and Kelly is the real deal!

I was extremely pleased with the work Design Roof Services did on my carport and patio roof. Kelly and his employees are awesome. This company also did repairs for me that they normally don't perform. I give Design Roof Services 5 stars plus. I recommend them for any roofing problems you have.

Kelly was a pleasure to work with on our roof replacement. He was very responsive to our needs and was very professional throughout the process. Despite the very hot weather Kelly's team preformed above and beyond getting the roof replaced within two days. They were always cleaning up after themselves and left the area cleaner than they found it. We would highly recommend Design Roof Services.

Design Roof Services is one of those rare companies that does what it says its going to do, on time and on budget. Kelly (the owner) took the time to listen to what we wanted and explain the process to us step by step. He did not try to sell us more than we wanted done and returned our phone calls promptly. He provided a written contract for the work that was straightforward, clear to understand and fair to both parties. Kelly kept us informed on the progress of the crew and spent time on-site making sure things went smoothly. His crew was quick, hardworking and acted in a professional manner.
