Doug Miland went to school at The University of Central Oklahoma and holds a degree as Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance. He worked in the insurance business for 8 1/2 years as a Surety Bond Underwriter and then Manager of local office in Arlington for 1 1/2 years. He taught Special Ed at Haltom High School for 10 years, after which he then taught Construction Technology at Ben Barber Career Tech Academy in the Mansfield ISD.
Doug has always had his hand in the construction business in some capacity. He worked with all types of contractors in the Surety business and started his own remodeling business while teaching school and later went into business full time in 2005.
