Our gutters were so woefully neglected that trees were growing in them. My husband finally admitted he is neither young enough nor sorry enough to tackle them himself and contacted Marshall Exteriors. Shawn arrived early this morning and, in just over two hours, cleared all of the gutters on our nearly 200 year old house. He left the yard tidy and, when the storms rolled in this afternoon, our gutters worked as they haven't in a very long time.

Our experience with Marshall Exteriors has been first rate. We had a complete tear off of the roof and replacement with a metal roof, replacement of windows with glass blocks in the basement, and we had them build a large deck on the rear of the house. The three jobs, and their respective crews, were thoroughly professional, personable, and showed real craft. Our initial sales encounter with the owner, Adam, was detailed and very clear, with a straightforward contract that laid everything out so there were no surprises with the tasks or the payment schedule. I cannot say enough about our experience with Marshalls - it was truly exceptional. They replaced our deck and put in a door in place of windows. The workers are outstanding and extremely respectable - not to mention enjoyable and personable. The company did everything they initially said that they would do - and then some. Their communication was excellent and the overall experience was wonderful. When they say that they will treat your home as their own, they mean it. A truly superior experience.

We recently had our original house windows replaced by the team at Marshall Exteriors. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish! From when their representative came out to measure our windows, talk us through our options and help us decide on the right windows, to the scheduling of the installation, to the moment their courteous crew left our driveway, it was a great experience. The crew was friendly and professional, and did a great job! The house looks great, and the drafty windows are gone! If youre looking for new windows in WNY, you should definitely give Marshall Exteriors

This is the email I sent to owner Marcus Ayers about his work painting the inside of my townhouse.... "Hi Marcus, Terrific job! I'm very impressed with you and your crew. Considerate people, focused work, relaxed, a special stillness and assuredness about them. They just quietly go about their work in such a way I can feel they care. Its nice having all of you around.
Thanks,
Bill "
