While we don't operate storage facilities, we can recommend trusted local partners. We'll coordinate secure short-term storage options that maintain our quality standards for your belongings.

How does your pricing work?

We base quotes on volume, distance, and complexity. Our free estimates consider these factors without hidden fees. If circumstances change, we adjust pricing transparently during the move.

Can you handle fragile items?

Yes, our team specializes in moving delicate items. We use reinforced boxes, bubble wrap, and specialized padding for glass, antiques, and electronics. All fragile items receive individual inventory tracking.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 48-hour notice for cancellations. We charge 50% of the estimated cost for same-day cancellations to cover vehicle reservation and crew preparation expenses.

NYP movers were very good! I moved from North Bethesda, Md to Charlotte, NC and everything went super smoothly with a turn around time of 24 hours. Brandon and Sean were kind, took their time with everything and so professional! There was a third gentleman who helped move my things from the Maryland apartment whos name I dont remember, but he was excellent as well. I have used this company for local moves in the past and Im very happy I chose them for my out of state move. I definitely recommend them if you are moving to another because it can be so stressful, but they really made the

I highly recommend Name Your Price Movers. The entire experience from start to finish was exceptional. Communication - Ali and team were very quick to reply and extremely flexible for our time frames. Efficient - the movers took our stressful day and turned it stress free with their very careful, but quick moving team. I was in awe how fast stuff was moving out of apartment and into the new one. Friendly - Staff were friendly, respectful of our items, and handled everything with care as if it was their own. Overall, extremely happy with our choice, would 5/5 use again in our future moves!!

Punctual and efficient. They arrived before our moving start time of 8:00 am, which was a big deal and wonderful surprise. They were also extremely efficient and professional. They were also extremely conscientious and careful in both wrapping and moving our belongings. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend. You wont be disappointed.

The entire experience was superb. The crew was efficient and friendly, communication was easy, and the overall quality was well worth the price. Even though we ran a bit over budget, they honored their original price guarantee. We had needed to move for a couple years, as we had outgrown the space. I could not be happier with the move and packing job. While I hope I don't have to move soon, I would immediately look to them for my next move.

I was dreading my move. Im a single mom and was worried that I wouldnt be able to move on my own. The team at NYPM was professional and helpful from the start, explaining to me what to expect and preparing me for all that was involved. I thought I would get maybe 2 movers, they sent 4! They were on time, so patient, and hauled away all that I no longer needed from my storage. Nothing broken, nothing missing. True professionals! I strongly recommend!

If you need movers, you should definitely go with Name Your Price. I recently moved, and other moving companies was quoting $$$$, which made no sense. NYP quote was clear, and gave all the details. Also didn't charge crazy fees. They provided their window of arrival, and was on time. My move was professionally done for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
